En suite, compact room complete with tea, great central heating, 8 bedroom. The setting is marvellous and lovely, just next door to the Zoo as well as shops, bars, supermarket, bus and tram, walkable area.

Staying here for a long weekend was good, totally recommendable. The hotel was reasonably clean based in a Georgian style building with incredibly welcoming staff. They gave us a double room with sofa. The service was great, the food was amazing.

It's a charming small trendy boutique hotel nestled in a Georgian style building. There is a wide array of amazing food for breakfast. Its location is excellent, short walk to Botanical gardens, pretty quiet area.

Everything is amazing here, had an excellent stay easily within 10 minutes walk and definatly worth a visit. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and the room was spotless for our needs. The location is marvellous and lovely, specially if you want to stay near bars and a zoo.

I stayed here during the weekend and enjoyed it. It had all needed for a long weekend in Edinburgh. The service was great, that made the hotel wonderful small place.

Great location so close to lovely restaurants/bars and Haymarket and the tram, I felt safe. Besides, a historic fortress was 2 km away from the venue.

Thoroughly enjoyed the location to Public transport to the City Centre. Again, we went to see Water of Leith Walkway and a bucolic village nearby.

All in all everything was amazing, had a just perfect stay for a night for his birthday. We ate at a small restaurant which serve reasonable price and good food. The bed was very comfy for those with back pain. The location was great with a gallery and a castle near the hotel. By the way, a botanical garden and a hill were near the place.

The location was great for me as it was really close to the Haymarket train station, tram line, and bus stop, as well as Thrifty car rental, busyness of the Capital and shops, bars, supermarket, bus and tram.

I stayed for 1 night here and had a very good time. The location was ideal: boutiques and supermarkets were within walking distance. I went to a lovely restaurant and greatly enjoyed the traditional local dishes.

The location was convenient, only 5 minutes on foot from Haymarket train station. Just a walk down to edinburgh castle. Thank you very much and I would recommend this place❤
